There were so many   people present! Suddenly, I caught a sight of my English teacher in the crowd. She was smiling but nodding at me. I remembered her words and calm down. I think I   like those classes because I felt that it helped me understand what the world works. For example, when I was a child , the rain was a mystery (奥秘). In one class, I learned it rained. I think science classes clear up mysteries. But then there is always more mysteries look into. What was my least favorite class? That was maths. After learn the basics of the subject, nothing else seemed very practically to me. I never saw how I could use it in my daily life. My parents love me dearly of course and will do all they can make sure that I get a good education. We may be one family and live under a same roof, but we do not seem to get much time to talk about together. It looks as if my parents treat me as a visitor and a guest. They usually will try to change, but they will take some time because they get angry all their life, and that is all they know . You might have to change for your method a couple of times. Do any nice things for ‎ your parents that they don’t expect—like cooking, doing the dishes, washing clothes, or clean   the floors. If this doesn’t work, bring in friend that you feel comfortable, and have him or her help you. (2002北京卷)‎ Task 12:‎ Many teachers worry about the effects of television on young people. According to studies, any children spend more time watching television than they spend in school. Because so   much viewing, children may not be develop the habit of read and the ability to enjoy themselves. Someone can borrow books if he or she wish. In some places you may borrow as more books as you need, but in others you are limited in a certain number of books. Most public libraries also have a reading-room, that you can sit at the desk and read the daily newspapers, magazines and the other books, but you are not permit to take them out. (2007辽宁卷)‎ Task 27:‎ May 10, 2007 ‎ Today I was having a PE lesson while I fell down and hurt my foot. I was in greatly pain at that moment, but I tried to act as if nothing has happened before the class was over. Though I had difficulty walk back to my classroom, I still didn’t tell anyone but even refused   the offer of help of my classmates. As result, the hurt in my foot became worse. Now I know I’m wrong. We can tell others our need for help and accept his help. Some day we can not help others in return. In this way, we can get along to each other happily and peacefully.
