附件3‎ ‎2019年广西北部湾经济区四市同城 初中学业水平考试英语学科说明 一、考试性质 初中学业水平考试是义务教育阶段的终结性考试,目的是全面、准确地反映初中毕业生在学科学习目标方面所达到的水平。该考试具有两考合一的功能,考试结果既是衡量初中毕业要求的主要依据,也是普通高中阶段学校招生的重要依据之一,还可以作为衡量义务教育质量的重要依据。‎ 二、命题指导思想 以党的十九大精神和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,落实立德树人根本任务,发展素质教育,推进教育公平,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。坚持全面贯彻党的教育方针,有利于促进学生的全面发展;按照义务教育阶段英语课程的总目标要求,进一步推进英语学科教学改革的实施,全面提高英语学科的教育教学质量,坚持有利于建立科学的英语教学评估体系,为高中阶段综合评价、择优录取提供依据。英语学科考试结合北部湾四市同城初中英语教学实际,考查学生英语语言基本知识与技能、学习策略、文化意识等方面的知识和能力,以及学生在情感态度和价值观方面的发展程度。‎ 三、命题基本原则 ‎(一)导向性原则。以社会主义核心价值体系为导向,坚持以学生为本,全面、公正、客观、准确地评价学生的学习水平,充分发挥考试的甄别、激励、选拔等评价功能,引导教师转变教学方式,提高教学能力,促进学生改进学习方式,着眼长远发展。‎ 有利于初高中教学衔接,为学生在高中阶段的学习与发展打好基础。‎ ‎(二)基础性原则。面向全体学生,充分考虑到各个层面学生的学习水平状况,合理安排试题的难易比例;以考查基础知识和基本技能为主,杜绝偏题、怪题。‎ ‎(三)科学性原则。力求试题有较高的效度与信度。试题结构、选材、题目表述、问题设置等努力做到科学、合理、规范。‎ ‎(四)教育性原则。考查学科的各种能力及文化素养,体现育人价值和功能,渗透人文思想,贴近学生生活。‎ 四、考试范围 以《义务教育英语课程标准》(2019年版)所规定的七~九年级的五级目标及标准描述的内容为要求,参考当地使用的人民教育出版社、外语教学与研究出版社、译林出版社的义务教育教科书《英语》(七~九年级)教材。‎ 五、考试内容与要求 ‎1.以《义务教育英语课程标准》(2019年版)为依据,着重考查学生听、说、读、写等四种英语语言技能的综合实践能力以及灵活运用语言知识的能力。听和读主要考查学生对语言材料的理解能力以及从语言材料中获取信息的能力。在理解信息的基础上,学生还要能够对信息加以判断、归纳、综合。说和写主要考查学生运用所学语言知识与技能,以口头或书面的形式完成信息沟通、再现生活经历、描述周围事物、发表意见和观点的能力。英语学科初中毕业升学考试以适当的形式考查学生对具体语言知识的掌握情况,而不是孤立地考查知识点,更不是考查对知识的机械记忆。‎ ‎2.以《义务教育英语课程标准》(2019年版)“附录”中的“语音项目表”、“语法项目表”、“词汇表”、“功能意念项目表”、“话题项目表”等规定的五级标准为考查内容,在语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略、文化意识方面达到课标对分级标准描述的五级标准。‎ 六、考试形式与时长 考试形式:闭卷、笔试。‎ 考试时长:120分钟(含听力考试20分钟)。‎ 七、试卷结构 分值:满分120分,全卷分第I卷和第Ⅱ卷两部分。‎ 试卷结构为:‎ 第I卷(共90分):一、听力测试,占30分:(一)听句子,选图片,占5分;(二)听句子,选答语,占5分;(三)听对话,选择最佳答案,占10分;(四)听短文,选择最佳答案,占5分;(五)听短文,填信息,占5分。二、单项选择,占10分。三、完形填空,占10分。四、阅读理解,占35分。五、情景交际,占5分。‎ 第II卷(共30分):六、综合填空,占20分:(一)单词拼写,占5分;(二)词形变换,占5分;(三)选词填空,占10分。七、书面表达,占10分。‎ ‎(二)试卷难度比例 整卷难度系数为0.70±0.03。容易题(p≥0.70)、中档题(0.70>p>0.35)、较难题(p≤0.35)的比例为6∶3∶1。‎ 八、样卷 ‎2019年广西北部湾经济区四市同城初中学业水平考试样卷 英 语 ‎(考试时间120分钟,满分120分)‎ 注意事项:‎ ‎1.试卷分为试题卷和答题卡两部分,答案一律填写在答题卡上,在试题卷上作答无效。‎ ‎2.答题前,请认真阅读答题卡上的注意事项。‎ ‎3.考试结束后,将本试题卷和答题卡一并交回。‎ 第Ⅰ卷(共90分)‎ 一、听力测试(共30小题,每小题1分,共30分)‎ ‎(一)听句子,选图片。(共5小题,每小题1分,共5分)‎ 你将听到五个句子,请在下列六幅图中,选出与所听句子内容相符的图片,并在答题卡上将选定答案的字母标号涂黑。每个句子读一遍。‎ A B C D E F ‎1. ________ 2. _________ 3. __________ 4. ________ 5. _________‎ ‎1.(0.85理解)2.(0.85理解)3.(0.80理解)4.(0.80理解)5.(0.80理解)‎ ‎(二)听句子,选答语。(共5小题,每小题1分,共5分)‎ 你将听到五个句子,请根据句子内容,选择恰当的答语,并在答题卡上将选定答案的字母标号涂黑。每个句子读两遍。‎ ‎6.
