Young children are very interested in stories about Science.They are eager to know what happened in the stories.‎ · Teaching aims：‎ ‎1. Intellective aim：‎ a.能听说并理解课文的内容。‎ b.能运用一般过去时讲述过去发生的事情。‎ ‎2. Search more information about UFOs on the internet after class ‎ ‎ ‎ writing on the board:‎ ‎ UFOs ‎ spaceships from other planets ‎ ice cream plates bananas ‎ Story‎1 in Australia coming towards ran away half-clean half-dirty Story2 came home his house a hole Story3 had a bad back helped him better 九、教学过程 ‎ （见光盘录象）‎ 十、课后反思 ‎ 本节课是一堂英语故事阅读教学课，课文由三个小故事组成，学习的内容对小学生来说，比较多，比较难，但是老师运用多种合理的方法，帮助学生理解了课文，并突破了重、难点，培养了学生一定的阅读技能。我认为本节课有如下几个特点：‎ 一、 注重情景设置，帮助学生理解故事 在进入课文时，教师借助多媒体给学生展示了各种各样的UFO的图片，紧紧吸引了学生的眼球，将学生带入课文情境。接着提出问题，“Some people say they saw UFOs,what happened to them?”,‎ 引起学生无限遐想，为故事教学做了很好地情境铺垫。 在故事的教学过程中，教师提出适当的问题，能使学生产生读的需要，带着目的去读。而借助图片的帮助和多媒体课件中生动的画面，将设置出逼真的情景，使学生带着浓厚的兴趣学习。‎ 一、 阅读故事与听说读写演相结合 ‎ 为提高学生的阅读能力，我让学生的阅读活动与听说读写演相互结合。如在教学story2时，让学生根据故事发展的情况，续演故事2。学生对此活动非常感兴趣，创编了多种版本的故事，在表演过程中，不仅加深了对故事的理解，更进一步运用了已学语言知识。在学完故事后，我让学生说说“What will you go if you see a UFO? What will happen?”,学生充分发挥起想象力，说得很好，说完之后，我布置学生写的作业，将你的想法写下来，句子多少都不限制，给了学生广泛的拓展空间。之外，我还设置了听故事，做是非题，问答法等，使学生的阅读能力与其他技能相辅相成，有效提高。‎ 二、 注重渗透培养学生的阅读技能 授之以“鱼”，不如授之以“渔”。在不断关注学生理解课文的同时，我还注重渗透培养学生的阅读技能，如：预测，找关键词，归纳主旨大意等等。 ‎ 当然，在一节课中，很难面面俱到，将所有的方法教给学生，在教学实际过程中，我还将不断改进，有的放矢地更进一步巩固学生的阅读技能，培养学生良好的阅读习惯，提高他们的阅读能力。‎ 十一、课例点评 本堂课是一节比较成功的故事阅读教学课。‎ 新课标明确规定了小学毕业时要达到二级标准，在二级目标中对“读”有明确的描述。即：能够借助图片读懂简单的故事或小短文，并养成按意群阅读的习惯，能正确朗读所需故事或短文。在小学英语教材中安排有大量的故事阅读内容，故事阅读是一个认识和言语交际的过程，也是极为复杂的生理和心理过程。 ‎ 故事本身作为一种阅读素材是有利于学生理解英语、体验英语的使用，理解英语的用法和提高语言应用能力的一种素材，所以特别要明确的要求学生能够读懂故事。在本堂课中，老师采用了各种教学方法，很好地帮助学生理解了课文中的三个小故事。这一点是做得比较成功的。‎ 另外，在培养学生的阅读技能技巧方面，教师注重了一定的渗透，但是就阅读技能的某一方面，还可以侧重注意培养，做到有重点，有目的，有目标地进行故事阅读教学。‎ 同时，由故事教学促进阅读教学激发了孩子们学习英语的兴趣。故事阅读教学能提供多方面的语言训练活动。学生为了获知故事内容，他们集中精力去捕捉故事的大意和细节，会尽力去推断和猜测，这无形之中培养了学生的理解能力和根据语境猜词的能力。另外阅读之后再把他讲出来也培养了学生口语表达能力；改写阅读的故事有利于培养学生的创新能力和语言的运用能力。教师在教学中善于引导，让学生得到了充分和全面的训练。‎ ‎　　 ‎ ‎ 执教者：湖南省长沙市芙蓉区育才小学 李英 ‎ 评析者：湖南省长沙市芙蓉区教育科学研究中心 卢梓忠
