I'm writing to invite you to come along with us.‎ At 8 a.m. we are due to meet at our school gate and then set out / off for the farm, which covers / has an area of 200 acres and where a diversity of crops are grown, ranging from wheat, rice, corn, apples, grapes, eggplants, vegetables and so on. It will take us about half an hour to get there. After our arrival, some students especially the boys will assist the farmers to harvest / get in / reap the rice, while the others will pick fruit such as grapes and tomatoes and seasonal vegetables. At noon we'll enjoy a typical farmhouse meal there, which we have paid for in advance.
