选修8 Unit3 Inventors and inventions单元语法过去分词教案设计 教学材料内容说明: 本节课的话题是选修8 Unit3 Inventors and inventions, 具体内容是这个单元的discovering useful structures: revision of past participles. 这个单元的中心话题是发明创造,其中的语言技能和语言知识都是围绕这一中心话题设计的。但由于该单元过去分词的练习都是相对独立分散的,相互没有关联,不能构成意义连贯的语境,很难激发学生的兴趣,所以我选用了学生熟悉的动画片“喜羊羊与灰太狼”为蓝本,并以其中慢羊羊和灰太狼的发明为主线,设计了过去分词的练习。这些练习保留了书上练习的形式,但内容来源于真实的语境,能够更好地激发学生的兴趣。 以下是书上的练习: Discovering useful structures 1. Learning strategies aims: get students to learn to use two learning strategies: communicative learning and research-based learning. Emotion aims: get students to develop creative thinking and interest in invention. II Teaching important points: Help students to review the different uses of P.P. and learn to use it in new situations. III Teaching difficult point: How to design interesting and vivid situations to help students learn to use P.P. correctly. IV Teaching aids: multi-media; blackboard; an apple and a knife V Teaching steps: Step1: Lead in 1. Show students an apple and ask them how to cut it into two parts. And ask students to find out the P.P.s and what they are used as. In the attribute part, ask students to find out the different positions of P.P. and in the object complement pat, ask them to find out the passive use.
