专题 ( 六 ) 　 连词 第二篇　语法专题突破 　　连词是用来连接单词、词组或句子的词 , 在句中不能单独作句子成分。连词按其性质可分为并列连词和从属连词两大类。 考点一　并列连词 　　并列连词表示并列关系或选择关系 , 有些还可以表示转折关系或因果关系。 分类 连词 含义及用法 例句 并列 关系 and 　“和 ; 而且” , 连接主、谓、宾、表等并列成分 I will write soon and tell you more about the life in China. 我将尽快写信告诉你更多有关在中国生活的事。 both … and … 　“……和……” , 连接两个并列主语时 , 谓语动词用复数形式 Both my father and my mother are doctors. 我的爸爸和妈妈都是医生。 （续表） 分类 连词 含义及用法 例句 并列 关系 not only … but also … “ 不但……而且……” , 连接两个并列主语时 , 谓语动词要与最近的主语保持一致 Not only you but also he speaks. 不但你而且他也讲话了。 neither … nor … 　“既不……也不……” , 连接两个并列主语时 , 谓语动词要与最近的主语保持一致 Neither I nor he has been to France. 我和他都没有去过法国。 as well as “ 也 ; 和” , 连接两个并列主语时 ( 强调前者 ), 谓语动词与 as well as 前面的主语一致 Jim as well as I is responsible for the work. 不 但是我 , 吉姆对这项工作也负有责任。 （续表） 分类 连词 含义及用法 例句 转折 关系 but 　“但是” , 不和 though 或 although 连用 I like English, but I don't like PE. 我 喜欢英语 , 但是我不喜欢体育。 while “然而” He is short, while his brother is tall. 他个子矮 , 而他哥哥个子高。 因果 关系 so “ 因此 ; 所以” ( 不和 because 同时使用 ), 表示结果 I was ill, so I didn't go to school. 我 病了 , 所以没去上学。 for “因为” , 用于补充说明理由 , 不放在句首 The days are long, for it is May now. 白天长 , 因为现在是五月份。 （续表） 分类 连词 含义及用法 例句 选择 关系 or “或者 ; 否则” Put on more clothes, or you'll get a cold. 多穿点衣服 , 否则你会感冒的。 either … or … 　“或者……或者……” , 连接两个并列主语时 , 谓语动词要与最近的主语保持一致 Either you or I am going to attend the meeting. 或者 你或者我将去参加这个会议。 （续表） [ 注意 ](1) 祈使句 +or+ 陈述句 , 前后是对立关系 ; 祈使句 +and+ 陈述句 , 前后是顺承关系。 Study hard, or you won't pass the exam/and you will pass the exam. 努力学习 , 否则你通不过这次考试 / 你就会通过这次考试。 两者都可以转换成 if 引导的条件状语从句 , 但要去掉 or, and 。 If you don't study hard, you won't pass the exam./If you study hard, you will pass the exam. 如果你不努力学习 , 你就通不过这次考试。 / 如果你努力学习 , 你就会通过这次考试。 （续表） (2) 在并列的否定句中 , 连词连接的两部分若都有否定词 , 则用 and 连接而不用 or 。 He didn't go with us and didn't see the film star. 他没有和我们一起去 , 并且没有见到电影明星。 考点二　从属连词 　　从属连词用来引导各种从句 , 如状语从句、宾语从句、定语从句等。 1. 引导状语从句 引导状语从句的连词有 when, while, before, after, until, since, as soon as, if( 如果 ), as … as … , not so/as … as … , so that, so … that … , because, though, although 等。 分类 连词 例句 表示 时间 when/while 当 ……时 My mother was cooking when I got home. 当 我到家时 , 我妈妈正在做饭。 Don't talk while you're eating. 吃饭时不要说话。 before 在 ……之前 Try to finish your work before you leave. 你 离开前尽力把你的工作做完。 after 在 ……之后 After we have finished tea, we will sit on the grass. 喝完茶之后我们将坐在草地上。 （续表） 分类 连词 例句 表示 时间 till/until 直到 …… They kept on working until it became dark. 他们 一直工作到天黑。 as soon as 一……就…… I'll let you know as soon as I hear from her. 我 一收到她的来信就通知你。 since 自从 She's been playing tennis since she was eight. 她 从八岁起就打网球了。 （续表） 分类 连词 例句 表示 条件 if 如果 If it is fine tomorrow, I will go for a picnic. 如果 明天晴天 , 我就去野餐。 unless 除非 You will fail unless you work hard. 你 若不努力就会失败。 表示 原因 because 因为 He couldn't go to school because he had a cold. 他 因感冒而不能去上学。 since 既然 Since everybody is here, let's begin our discussion. 既然大家都到了 , 我们就开始讨论吧。 as 因为 As he is not at home, please leave a message . 由于 他不在家 , 请留个口信。 （续表） 分类 连词 例句 表示 目的 so that 以便于 Speak clearly so that they may understand you. 说清楚 , 以便他们能明白你的意思。 in order that 为了 We used the computer in order that we might save time. 我们使用计算机是为了节约时间。 表示 结果 so … that … 如此……以至于…… It's so difficult a question that none of us can answer it. 那是一个很难的问题 , 以至于我们没有一个人能回答它。 such … that … 如此……以至于…… He shut the window with such force that the glass broke. 他关窗户用力很大 , 结果玻璃震碎了。 （续表） 分类 连词 例句 表示 让步 though/although 虽然 ; 尽管 Although/Though he is tired, he is very happy. 他虽然累却很快乐。 表示 比较 (not) as … as … ( 不 ) 如……一样…… Carol speaks English as well as you do. 卡 罗尔英语说得和你一样好。 （续表） 分类 连词 例句 [ 注意 ]so … that …与 such … that … (1)so … that …中的 so 是副词 , 其后只能跟形容词或副词 , 而 such … that …中的 such 是形容词 , 后接名词或名词短语。 I'm so tired that I can't walk any farther. 我太累了 , 不能再走了。 (2) 如果名词前有 many, much, little, few 等修饰时 , 用 so, 不用 such 。 He has so little education that he is unable to get a job. 他受到的教育如此少以至于找不到工作。 2. 引导宾语从句 引导宾语从句的从属连词有 that, if/whether, what, when, where 等。 We know that the earth goes around the sun. 我们知道地球绕着太阳转。 Can you tell me why he didn't show up yesterday evening? 你能告诉我他昨晚为什么没有出现吗 ? 3. 引导定语从句 引导定语从句的从属连词有 that, who, which, whose, whom, when, where, why 等。 I prefer the music that I can dance to. 我更喜欢能随之起舞的音乐。 This is the hospital where my son was born. 这就是我儿子出生的医院。 1. [2017 · 包头 ] Some school teachers complain that many kids haven't got any hobbies — 　　　　 we call playing computer games a hobby.  A.unless B.once C.since D.if [ 答案 ]A [ 解析 ] 考查连词辨析。句意 : 一些学校老师抱怨许多孩子没有什么爱好 , 除非我们把玩电脑游戏称为一种爱好。 unless 意为“除非” , 表条件。故选 A 。 6. [2015 · 包头 ] We had to wait half an hour 　　　　 we had already booked a table.   A.or B.once C.although D.as [ 答案 ]C [ 解析 ] 考查连词的用法。句意 : 我们不得不等半个小时 , 　　　　 我们已经预订了一张桌子。上半句“我们不得不等半个小时”和下半句“我们已经预订了一张桌子”之间存在让步关系 , 故用 although 引导让步状语从句 , 故选 C 。 7.
